I Love My Dog, the third book in the 'I Love' series, follows on from I Love Myself, and I Love Mum and Dad. Though this time, this title explores messages of love, care and respect for our four legged friend the dog. I Love My Dog comprises innovative messages on how to treat and be around dogs. With an affirmative message on each double page spread, accompanied by a colourful drawing from children. The book includes a page with Charlie's Safety Tips, for greeting and meeting dogs, and once again has an interactive space at the back of the book where children can create their own page of memories of their dog. Paw Justice (www.pawjustice.co.nz) have written an introduction for the book and have given the book their seal of approval, acknowledging that this 'must have' book will help keep our children and our dogs safe!
